Lately I have been thinking about bridges and am amazed by the architectural wonder, the beauty and sometimes the simplicity of each structure. Bridges are the tools we use to cross gaps. In your career their may be gaps in skill sets, knowledge or experience, that prevent crossing over to the next stage of your career. If you know what you want to do than you are able to identify your bridge to cross, develop that new knowledge or skill set so you can move forward with your goals. But what if you are not sure about your next stage in life, do you just cross any bridge in hopes of finding green grass?
START EXPLORING. Depending on your situation, having time to reflect and explore different options helps you to identify and to clarify what you really want and can then start to identify what gaps exist and how to best find the right bridges to cross. Many great ideas are developed line upon line and by exploring you can fully develop your idea. The idea for legal potential has transformed and is continuing to evolve as I have explored and thought about what are the GAPS in our legal education and the legal industry as a whole. The money, the need for real world experience and innovative technology solutions.
LEGAL POTENTIAL goal is to provide scholarships, legal clinics focused on local start-ups and creating new legal technology solutions.
